Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address various challenges and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to analyze engineering problems, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and contributing to the design and qualification processes. You will engage in discussions that foster innovative solutions while ensuring that all engineering practices align with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Contribute to the development of engineering solutions by collaborating with team members. - Assist in the analysis and resolution of engineering challenges using practical experience. - Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills and knowledge in engineering practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CAD software and design tools. - Familiarity with structural and stress design principles. - Understanding of qualification processes in engineering. - Knowledge of technical management practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
