Summary: As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to crafting innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. We are seeking an experienced ArtiosCAD Support Specialist with 6-8 years of expertise in CAD-based packaging design and PLM integration. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining ArtiosCAD workflows within the Dassault 3DX/ENOVIA PLM platform, ensuring smooth operations for flexible packaging design (cartons, bags, etc.) and ARD file management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Artios CAD usage across design and engineering teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ARD file creation and integration with Dassault 3DX/ENOVIA PLM system. - Assist in maintaining and optimizing CAD workflows for flexible packaging designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and PLM-related challenges. - Document support processes, issue resolutions, and best practices. - Train and guide end-users on Artios CAD functionalities and PLM integration. - Ready to support project in different Shifts Professional & Technical Skills: - Primary Skill: Artios CAD - Expertise in creating flexible packaging designs (cartons, bags, etc.). - Strong knowledge of ARD file generation and integration with Dassault 3DX/ENOVIA PLM. Secondary Skill: Aristo CAD tool + Customization - Ability to support customization and enhancements to CAD workflows. Additional Information: - 6 to 8 years of professional experience in CAD-based packaging design and PLM support. - Proven track record of supporting enterprise-scale CAD/PLM environments. - Familiarity with other Esko packaging design tools. - Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience working in global support environments with cross-functional teams. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 year full time education is required.
