TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES REQUIRED:

A PLC Programming - Require knowledge of siemens &/ Or Rockwell:

Siemens Software - Simatic Manager, TIA Portal, Wincc Flexible, Starter

Rockwell Software- RxLogix 5000, Factory Talk

A CNC Programming- Require knowledge of siemens 840DSL programming for gantry application.

A Robot Programming- Require knowledge of Fanuc/ ABB robot with DCS & Safemove programming certifications.

A Vision Programming: Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc Vision (2D, 3D, 3DL, 3DV), ABB Flex Vision.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
A 5 + years experience with PLC, HMI, CNC, Robots, and Motion Control programming.

A The application-specific experience is required for the following application

a~ Material Handling Conveyor Systems

a~ Robotics System with Material Handling

a~ Gantry System

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Define programming structures for the project to ensure compliance with the customer norms and standards.

A Write sequence integration, safety programming, and testing, considering the project's mechanical and electrical requirements.

A Create standard modules per project requirements to design standard programming functionality and ensure timely execution of projects.

A Perform system installation, safety implementation, and sequence testing to ensure system integration and safety programming are activated and working properly.

A Lead the project software development, installation & execution and provide support to a system after installation.

A Assist service and engineering with the field installation and test of new control systems.

A Provide production support & support to complete open issues on site.

Interfaces with manufacturers and vendors of software and application products, especially about problem diagnosis and resolution.
Respond to service calls to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair programming and system failures.
