The role acts as a key link between Sales team spread all over india and the Manufacturing operations at Malur.
Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and dispatch details to customers/ sales team.
Process sales orders, order acknowledgements, and proforma invoices. Coordinate with finance team to ensure entry of all payments for various customers and provide receivables statement to sales team.
Coordinate with various departments in the factory to arrange manufacturing of sample products required by the sales team and arrange for timely dispatch of the same.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / SAP systems
Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills
Good understanding of PPC, inventory control, and order management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
