. Collaborate with technical hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner. Proactively source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations. Build and manage a robust pipeline of engineering professionals across

civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines

. Maintain accurate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

5+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on construction and engineering roles. Sound knowledge of MEP systems, civil infrastructure, and building projects. Familiarity with industry tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.). Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
