Job Title: Engineering Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Location: Noida Sec 6

Shift: Night Shift

Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:

*Source and attract candidates for engineering positions using job portals, social media, and referrals

*Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings

*Work on implementation partner, direct client, and prime vendor requirements.

*Verify candidates' work authorization documents such as GC EAD, GC, H4 EAD, and H1B.

*Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

*Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements

Requirements:

*Minimum 6 months of experience in technical or engineering recruitment

*Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)

*Good communication and interpersonal skills

*Basic understanding of engineering/technical roles

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

*Technical degree required, such as B.Tech or BCA.

*Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
