Position Title: Engineering Purchase Executive

Place RFP as per BOQ & receive Quotations from vendors

Prepare apple to apple comparative statements of es

Finalization of rates in accordance with the Management

Preparation of Purchase order while taking due care of Taxes, Rates and T&C. Issue purchase order as per BOQ after management approval

Coordinate with site team for delivery schedule requirements on site. Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised Dates.

Inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications

Checking of invoices in accordance with Purchase order.

Organizing timely payment of contractors after receiving material as per quality norms.

Ensure all the files are updated on weekly / monthly basis with all the purchase related documents, invoices, POs, DCs etc.,

Updating Excel Order sheet / Coordinating over emails

Maintain files with descriptions of available suppliers and materials

Maintain a comparison register of all goods and services

Maintain data base of material with updated price and technical specifications.

Coordinate with Architects team to select finishing material in budgeted price and quality.

Manage warehouse Inventory.

Check Inward Register Entries and compare with Pos.

Tie-ups with vendors over every item and maintain a database of impaneled vendors

Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers.

Co-ordinate with Accounts Dept for Purchase related payments and others of any.

Develops a purchasing strategy.

Reviews and processes purchase orders.

Manages other members of the purchasing team.

Maintains records of goods ordered and received.

Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.

Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.

Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts.

Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.

Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders.

Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services.

Coordinates with fellow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.

Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise.

Keeps up with trends in procurement.

Travels to vendor locations.

Stays current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation, as necessary.
