We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager with deep expertise in managing embedded software and hardware programs across the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch. This is an ideal opportunity for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in high-complexity environments and can drive execution across diverse, cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
Lead cross-functional programs involving hardware, embedded systems, firmware, and manufacturing workflows.
Own end-to-end program delivery, from requirements definition and planning to execution and launch.
Act as the central point of coordination between hardware, software, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive alignment across stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Coordinate with regulatory certification agencies to define certification pathways and ensure compliance with launch timelines.
Monitor program health, track KPIs, and report status to leadership with clarity and confidence.

Successfully managed embedded systems and hardware programs in a product development setting.
Gained strong understanding of firmware development, hardware design, and manufacturing processes.
Built and executed detailed program plans, managing schedules, dependencies, and risks.
Effectively communicated with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Collaborated with global teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality programs.
Navigated complex problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Who you are
A proven program manager with exceptional planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
Technically fluent, ideally with a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
A proactive leader who thrives in high-complexity, fast-moving environments.
A solutions-oriented problem solver who brings clarity and alignment to cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working across geographies and time zones, with strong collaboration skills.
