Job Title: Engineering Operations Manager (Civil)

The Engineering Operations Manager (Civil) will lead and manage civil engineering operations across projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and construction initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in civil engineering practices, project management, and operational excellence, with a focus on quality, safety, cost, and schedule control.

Educational & Certification Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required or strongly preferred

.

PMC (Project Management Certification) required or strongly preferred

. Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements

8-15 years of experience in

civil engineering projects

such as buildings, roads, bridges, utilities, or infrastructure. Proven experience managing

large-scale civil construction or EPC projects

. Strong background in

engineering operations, project controls, and site management

.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee civil engineering operations across multiple projects or sites. Ensure compliance with

civil engineering standards, codes, and regulations

. Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and resources. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, site engineers, and QA/QC teams. Implement best practices in

construction planning, execution, and risk management

. Monitor HSE compliance and enforce safety standards on site. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement in civil project delivery.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

civil construction methodologies and materials

. Expertise in

project planning tools

(Primavera P6, MS Project). Contract management (FIDIC/Item-rate/Lump-sum). Cost control, BOQs, and billing management. Leadership and stakeholder coordination skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
