We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering MOC Management & Process Engineer to manage engineering changes, support process optimization, and ensure documentation integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of engineering documentation standards, fluency in English, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of Change (MOC):
Lead and coordinate the MOC process for engineering and process modifications.
Ensure all changes comply with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Conduct risk assessments and technical reviews for proposed changes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all MOC activities.
Process Engineering:
Analyze and improve existing processes for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations.
Develop and implement process control strategies and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance.
Engineering Documentation:
Prepare, review, and update engineering documents including:
P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
PFD (Process Flow Diagrams)
Hazard Area Classification
Data Sheets
Isometric Drawings
Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with project and process requirements.
Systems & Tools:
Utilize SAP for engineering data management, maintenance planning, and change tracking.
Ensure proper integration of engineering documents and data within SAP systems.
Communication & Collaboration:
Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Prepare and present technical reports, change proposals, and project updates.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and technical discussions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
3-7 years of experience in process engineering and MOC management.
Strong understanding of engineering documentation and standards.
Proficiency in SAP and engineering drawing tools.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of MDCR (Management of Design and Change Records).
Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in industrial environments.
Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
