Job Summary:
The
Field Marketing Executive
will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and demand creation across assigned territories by working closely with the sales team, channel partners, contractors, and end customers in the engineering and electricals market. The role focuses on on-ground marketing activities, relationship building, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute field marketing activities such as product promotions, roadshows, dealer meets, and technical demos
Engineering Field Knowledge good to have
Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, consultants, and OEMs
Promote engineering and electrical products (switchgear, cables, panels, automation, lighting, etc.) to target customers
Support new product launches and ensure correct product positioning in the market
Coordinate branding activities such as signage, POS materials, and merchandising at distributor/retailer
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
Analyze sales data to track performance and forecast demand.
Provide inputs on pricing, product feedback, and consumer trends.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Engineering background good to have
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
