This is a full-time position based in Noida. During the interview process, you'll be able to share which areas excite you most.
Why you might be excited about us
We're solving a massive global problem and helping organizations become more competitive by bridging a significant gap in the operations excellence domain.
We're a small team, which means you can contribute efficiently without bureaucracy and quickly take ownership of large parts of the product.
Our team brings diverse industry experience (Oilfield, Telecom, Manufacturing, etc.) and is excited to learn from you.
You'll have the freedom to work independently and manage your own schedule. We don't micromanage and trust our people to do their best work.
We'll help shape your role around a career path you're excited about. Your satisfaction and growth matter deeply to us.
We value balanced work-life integration, care about family and personal development, and don't expect you to be constantly engaged with work.
Why you might not be excited about us
We're still a growing company (50+ people today), so if you prefer highly established organizations, this may not yet be the right fit.
As a startup, projects and priorities may evolve quickly.
While our customers love us, there's always room for improvement. That means occasional rough edges--but nothing too scary.
Projects may not always be perfectly defined at the outset. You'll be expected to apply your experience, offer perspective, and raise flags when needed.
About you

You have a growth mindset, stay current with evolving technologies and trends, and suggest improvements proactively.
Most importantly, you're friendly, approachable, collaborative, and personally motivated to put your best foot forward.
