Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers to design develop and implement software solutions using Ruby. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring timely and quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding testing and deployment processes. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings. Manage project timelines resources and risks to ensure successful project completion. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. Monitor and improve system performance scalability and reliability. Develop and maintain documentation for software architecture and processes. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members to build a strong engineering team. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes to achieve company goals.
