With recent investment we're now on a mission to build a new range of digital products and services that will make moving money Internationally for Real Estate purchases even easier

We're on a mission to become the solution for Real Estate payments everywhere

. To do this, we are transitioning our business from a horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company, as we look to the future and Redpin 2.0.




As part of this mission, we're thrilled to announce we are open a new office in Hyderabad! We're recruiting for several Engineering roles covering backend services (Java).



Hyderabad is one of the biggest pools of SaaS talent in Asia - and we've selected it as our new Engineering hub!

The Role

As an

Engineering Manager

, you will lead a

15+ member organization

focused on building the next generation of

Money Movement capabilities

-- including

core ledger systems, wallets, collection accounts, FX orchestration, and reconciliation frameworks

-- serving both Fintech and Property use cases.



You will drive a culture of

technical excellence, customer centricity, operational resilience, and compliance

.

What You'll Do

Build and Scale the Hyderabad Engineering Hub

Establish and grow a

high-performing 15+ member team

, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration. Attract and retain top engineering talent through strong industry connections and a high-performance work environment. Develop and implement organizational structures, cultural practices, and leadership routines for long-term success.

Drive Money Movement Innovation

Build and evolve key money movement capabilities including

funding flows, disbursements, collection accounts, wallets, and FX management

. Work closely with

Product, Treasury, Banking, Finance, and Compliance

teams to deliver

scalable, secure, fully compliant, and global-first money movement solutions

. Ensure systems meet high standards of

security, resilience, compliance, and observability

.

Raise the Technical Bar

Set strong standards for

architecture, design, and implementation

across teams. Guide technical investments that future-proof the platform and enable new payment and property-related use cases. Collaborate with Staff Engineers to define long-term technical direction and platform evolution.

Develop Talent and Culture

Hire, coach, and empower engineers

to grow into technical leaders.

Foster a culture of autonomy, accountability, and impact

, where teams take pride in delivering high-quality solutions. Experience

developing talented ICs while partnering with Staff Engineers to set technical direction and elevate engineering standards

.

What You'll Need

10+ years of total experience

, including

3+ years in engineering leadership roles

. Proven experience

building and scaling engineering teams

within high-growth technology environments. Background in

Fintech, B2B/B2C payments, or digital wallets

. Good understanding of

ledger systems, collection accounts, wallets, FX orchestration, and reconciliation frameworks

. Strong technical foundation in

modern distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS)

. Experience driving

quality, regulatory compliance, and cultural transformation

towards outcome-oriented engineering.

Bonus Points

Knowledge of

immutable ledger models, virtual accounts, collection accounts, wallets, payment orchestration, and FX

. Familiarity with

real-time payment rails, push disbursements, and global payout networks

. Proven ability to

scale engineering teams, set technical vision, and drive platform-wide initiatives

. Exposure to

low-latency payment systems, microservices architecture, and distributed cloud-native environments

.
