Job Title- Engineering Manager

Work Mode Hybrid (1 day from office)
Shift timings - 2 pm to 11 pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Strategy
o Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of scalable,reliable, and high-quality software solutions.
o Be technically hands-on; provide expert guidance, conduct code reviews,
and contribute directly to the codebase when needed to unblock yourteam or tackle complex problems.
o Enforce a high standard for code quality, ensuring all software shipped is well-tested, maintainable, and production ready.
o Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and realistic project
roadmaps.
o Lead root cause analysis for technical incidents, document post-mortems, and drive the implementation of long-term fixes to improve system
reliability.
o Champion and enforce engineering best practices, including coding standards, advanced testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E), and CI/CD
processes.
Required Qualifications:
Total Experience: Up to 15 years in the software industry.
Development Experience: Minimum 8 years in software development, building and shipping complex, scalable systems.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's / MBA preferred).
Technical Skills
Backend: Proficiency in at least one of Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
Frontend: Strong experience in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Architecture: Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, SaaS, multi-tenancy, IaaS, PaaS, or BaaS models.
Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; strong understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and Kubernetes.
