We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and scale our engineering team. The role involves managing end to end software development, system architecture, and delivery while building a strong engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead backend, frontend, and mobile engineering teams
Own software architecture, development, and deployment
Collaborate with product and business teams on roadmap planning
Drive agile processes, CI CD, testing, and DevOps practices
Mentor engineers and support hiring activities
Ensure timely, high quality, and scalable product releases
Required Skills:
Strong experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, or Python
Hands-on experience with system design and architecture
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL
Experience managing teams in an agile environment
Qualification:
Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science or related field
