• Adopt lean product development and standard engineering development and techniques
• Develop familiarity with products and customer specification and standard applicable to assigned product line or system
• Attend educational workshops, reviewing technical publication or Participate in professional associations
• Specialized or complex product or system focus
• Develop conceptual design and model alternatives
• Scientific analysis and predictive modeling to measure design outcome
• Write technical responses for customer
• Coaches less experienced accounting staff and helps them resolve problem.
• Driving Winnovation Projects - Grab Sampling System, Hook Ups, LNG Dispenser
• IP Protection & Review - Manage Contract manufacturing business, data sharing, Contract review
• Set Annual Improvement plan for Engineering department and set individual goals within department. Monitor progress frequently. Support & guide team to achieve individual & team goals.
• Quote process support. Prepare GA and P&ID, capturing customer requirements & obtain approvals.
• Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

• Exposure to DFMEA,APQP & PPAP processes
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software's like Autodesk Inventor /Solid Works
• Proficiency in Lean Fundamentals, Six sigma principles & APQP
• Familiar with OEM design procedures and systems
• Ability to interact effectively with Customers, Peers, employees across the levels.
• Ability of reviewing & scrutinizing technical terms of customer contracts & decode customer requirements.
