Role Overview

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving predictable delivery, raising engineering quality, and aligning teams to business-critical priorities. This role will work closely with Tech Leads, QA Leads, and senior engineers, while partnering with product and customer success teams to ensure we meet enterprise demands with speed and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role, suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of program execution, technical understanding, and quality ownership.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2-3 years in a delivery-focused
leadership role (Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, or EM-like role).

Proven ability to estimate, plan, and deliver complex projects on time. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and dependency management across
pods/teams.

Hands-on familiarity with engineering processes: CI/CD, code reviews, QA automation
frameworks.

Ability to set quality metrics (defect density, automation %, release stability) and drive
them consistently.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -- able to build trust with
engineers, product managers, and onsite stakeholders.

Experience in a product-based company; US-Healthcare/SaaS/PracticeManagement
background is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
