We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of talented engineers, driving innovation and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects while aligning technical expertise with business objectives.

Oversee and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and external technical professionals Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with organizational goals Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects Monitor and optimize the performance of plant equipment and systems Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability Spearhead energy conservation initiatives and improve operational efficiency Develop and execute training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and problem-solving Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing engineering teams Extensive knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with project management methodologies and tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven track record of driving innovation and process improvements Experience with energy conservation and efficiency programs (preferred) Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and practices * Familiarity with fire protection systems and emergency response procedures
