Duties & Responsibilities: -


Preparation of bill of material and product costing sheet


Prepare the BOM/BOQ as per customer order and release for procurement


Study and review of Inquiry documents, like tender specifications, customer technical data sheets


Preparation of bill of Material (BOM), General arrangement (GA) drawings, Estimation of

all types of LT switchboards PCC/MCC/PDB/DG SYNCH Panels/DBs / APFC panels etc


Coordination with client and consultants for technical clarifications


Clear understanding of SLD's Electrical diagrams Technical specifications and

terminologies of switchboards / panels


Preparation of costing software through L & T portal


To co-ordinate with Procurement, operation, project, plant team for timely

execution and completion project panels.


To coordinate with Vendor for new component development


To maintain record of various types of panels


Documentation as per customer requirement


Day to day updates on panel offers to clients /our marketing teams


Price calculation and comparison of various makes of switch gears / components

Academic Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma in Electrical - Engineering

Work Experience & Skills:


10 Years (minimum) working experience in Panel Builder


Working knowledge of Computer (excel, word, power point)


Knowledge of Auto CAD 2D for SLD preparation /submission


Knowledge of various IS/BS/IEC 61439 & other relevant standards
