You will lead a team of passionate developers guiding them on architecture, code quality, and delivery while staying hands-on to solve complex technical challenges. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and is excited about shaping the future of trading technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow a team of software engineers through mentorship, coaching, and performance management. Stay hands-on with development contribute to design discussions, perform code reviews, and handle critical implementations. Own the architecture and design of scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems. Establish engineering excellence by defining coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define project goals and timelines. Drive agile execution, improving team velocity and delivery predictability. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural inefficiencies. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

12+ years of professional experience in software development, with recent hands-on coding in Golang, Python, or Flutter. The core experience in building extremely low latency and high throughput transactional systems using low-level foundational languages like C, C++ or C# is a big plus. Strong background in system design, architecture, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency in microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps principles. Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment, ideally within B2B or fintech domains. Proven experience leading engineering teams or managing senior engineers. Ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top technical talent. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a bias for action and delivery.
