Opportunity:

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our world-class engineering team building the next generation applications. We're looking for passionate, creative engineers who are excited about solving world-class problems, ahead of the rest. This position will be reporting to VP-Engineering

An ideal candidate would have:

1. 6+ years of developer experience in backend, frontend and cloud technologies.


2. Most recent 5+ years of developer/architect/manager experience in backend technologies: Nodejs, Go, Python or the like.


3. Most recent 2+ years of experience with services using at least one of: Docker, Kubernetes, public cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS).


4. Most recent 2+ years of experience working in Agile manner following Sprint model or Squad- Chapter model.


5. Most recent 1+ years of experience managing a team of 4+ engineers (any combination of Dev, QA, DevOps).


6. Must have expertise in cloud concepts related to monitoring, logging, alerting, deploying and cost control.


7. Must have experience in software development processes like unit-testing, automation, logging level control, code quality, security audits, etc
