Fulfil is a technical founder-led, bootstrapped company in our 11th year of operations. We're a small team of exceptional engineers powering millions of orders for brands like HexClad, Ridge Wallet, and Caraway. No red tape. No product managers. No bureaucracy. No endless meetings. You'll lead a team that ships fast and talks directly to merchants.



At a large company, EMs are disconnected from the product. Here, you'll be technical, close to customers, and see your team's work help CFOs trust their numbers.

The Team

Finance owns accounting, reconciliation, revenue recognition, and financial integrations. North star: books close on time with transactions posted automatically.

A Typical Week

Monday

: Sprint planning. A fast-growing merchant needs multi-entity consolidation before their board meeting. Prioritize.

Tuesday

: 1:1s. One engineer shipped automated reconciliation saving a merchant 20 hours/month -- celebrate. Another wants to learn accounting -- recommend resources.

Wednesday

: Call with a merchant's CFO. They're preparing for an audit. Discuss requirements, plan the roadmap.

Thursday

: Interview a candidate with fintech background. Debrief. Make a decision.

Friday

: Roadmap review with Product Lead. Prioritize: automated close vs. new bank integrations vs. advanced rev rec.

: 4-6 engineers -- hiring, mentoring, performance

: Backlog prioritization, sprint execution

: Testing standards (financial accuracy is non-negotiable)

What We're Looking For

7+ years building software 2+ years managing engineers Experience with fintech or financial systems preferred Technical depth -- you can review financial logic You've built teams that ship reliable, well-tested code You make decisions and own outcomes
