You will spearhead the creation, automation, and deployment of innovative solutions to significantly enhance engineering productivity across the organization. Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of automation, ensuring top-tier automated support and operational excellence. Act as a crucial bridge between the E-Tools department and other engineering teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and efficiency.Own and contribute to the teams objectives and key results, KPIs for a truly global, always-on customer baseBe a strong mentor and build engaged teams by coaching and inspiring your software engineers as well as our outsourcing partnersOwn KPIs for service stability, performance, and root cause analysis in productionDevelop, implement, maintain, and fine-tune monitoring and alerting systemsEnsure compliance by addressing SecOps tools' requirementsEmphasize Site Reliability Engineering as an engineering discipline, driven by automationEnsure technical and architectural integrity of productsCollaborate across departments to achieve product goalsUtilize creative problem-solving for product design and usabilityWhat Skills & Experience You Should BringBachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering, or related field8+ years experience working on cloud platforms and SaaS applications, with at least 2+ years as an engineering managerStrong written and spoken English communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
