Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us
Key responsibilities (text) As an Engineering Manager delivering value to customers and co-workers for one of our \'Fulfilment\' or Core Services\' domains, you will have the exciting challenge of:
Build and run the technology that underpins our global business, circa 40 billion Euros. We provide services like installation or assembly in our customers\' homes across 400+ stores and 40+ fulfilment centres, Click-and-collect solutions, and final-mile delivery.
Unlocking our plans to:
o Contribute to our sustainability goals by allowing customers to recycle and rent/subscribe to IKEA products.
Transform the current landscape into a modern technology stack which will:
o enables us to test and learn quickly to meet our customers\' demands &
o provides a highly available, resilient & secure service.
Manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders in our global development hubs. We are big believers in enabling our leaders to act with autonomy, and as such, you would lead on the technical decisions of how you want to build and implement your products.
The home office for this role will be Bangalore. There will be global travel to meet your stakeholders, teams, and partners.
