Why Fulfil

Fulfil is a technical founder-led, bootstrapped company in our 11th year of operations. We're a small team of exceptional engineers powering millions of orders for brands like HexClad, Ridge Wallet, and Caraway. No bureaucracy. No endless meetings. You'll lead a team that ships fast and talks directly to merchants.



At a large company, EMs are people managers disconnected from the product. Here, you'll be technical, close to customers, and see your team's work impact merchants processing millions of orders.

The Team

Commerce Core owns order management, inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, and warehouse management. The north star: orders flow without human intervention.

A Typical Week

Monday

: Sprint planning. A major merchant is launching a new product line. Prioritize accordingly.

Tuesday

: 1:1s. One engineer just shipped a feature processing 50K orders/day -- recognize the win. Another wants to lead the allocation project -- plan the handoff.

Wednesday

: Call with a merchant's COO. They're growing 3x and need Fulfil to scale with them. Feed insights to the team.

Thursday

: Interview a strong candidate. Debrief. Extend an offer.

Friday

: Roadmap review with Product Lead. Plan Q2 -- inventory forecasting, automated reordering, capacity planning.

What We're Looking For

7+ years building software 2+ years managing engineers (not just tech leading) Technical depth -- you can review code and discuss architecture You've built teams: hired, grown, retained engineers You make decisions and own outcomes You shield your team from noise
