As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building a robust Cloud Native 5G Core (CSD, NPC) and evolving 3G and 4G products towards a cloud-native architecture. You will be collaborating closely with Architects, Product Owners, and System Verification engineers to set clear goals for your team and provide guidance throughout the development process. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native solutions for both 5G and legacy networks.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of highly skilled developers and testers, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team, providing guidance and support to achieve them.
• Motivate and mentor team members, fostering their growth and development to reach their full potential.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving challenges while maintaining control and achieving committed goals.
• Lead large teams in the development of products and their architecture, incorporating cloud-native principles and microservices.

Qualifications:
You have:

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree with 15+ years of experience in Telecommunication.
• 9+ years of experience working with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, along with continuous delivery practices.
• 5+ years of direct experience leading teams in the development of Telecommunication Software products.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in areas like cloud technologies, DevOps, or specific network technologies would be beneficial.
