Role: Engineering Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager with a strong technical foundation in AI/ML and full-stack development. You will lead a talented engineering team in designing and building innovative healthcare products with high impact and scalability.

Databases & Graphs: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB (basic), Neo4j
? Full Stack & DevOps Skill Set:
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
Backend & APIs: Node.js, RESTful APIs, JWT Authentication
State Management: Redux, Context API
ORMs: Mongoose, Sequelize
DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines
Version Control: Git, GitHub
Other Tools: TypeScript, Postman, Jest
Agile Development: Familiarity with Scrum, sprints, and iterative delivery
? Ideal Candidate Profile:
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML-powered applications
Strong command over full-stack technologies with cloud-native application experience
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams
Excellent communication, architectural thinking, and decision-making skills
Educational background: B.E./ in Computer Science or related field
Candidates from IITs or Tier-1 institutes are highly preferred
