Job Description

Supervise erection, installation, and commissioning of machinery. Plan preventive maintenance schedules and reduce machine downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and ensure quick resolution. Monitor machine performance, efficiency, and daily output. Allocate work to machine operators and ensure they follow SOPs. Maintain logbooks for maintenance, breakdowns, and spare parts. Ensure safety protocols, lockout/tagout, and machine-related compliance. Coordinate with production to meet daily and monthly manufacturing targets. Ensure proper training of machine operators and helpers. Coordinate with vendors for spare procurement and machine service.

Required Skills

Experience in machine erection, commissioning & maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Knowledge of PLC-controlled machines Experience in manufacturing/plant operations Leadership & team management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
