Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Maintenance Operations

Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil infrastructure. Ensure round-the-clock utility services (power, water, HVAC, etc.) with zero downtime. Maintain logbooks, checklists, and maintenance schedules for all critical systems. Supervise AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and coordinate with external vendors.

2. Team Management

Lead and manage the engineering & maintenance team including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and carpenters. Ensure timely task allocation, shift schedules, and performance monitoring. Train the team on hospital-specific protocols, emergency handling, and safety.

3. Hospital Infrastructure & Safety

Maintain fire safety systems, DG sets, UPS, lifts, RO/Water systems, and CCTV systems. Ensure NABH/NABL/JCI/ISO compliance related to engineering and maintenance. Handle CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) in case of audit findings.

4. Energy Management & Cost Control

Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor consumption trends. Prepare annual budgets for maintenance and infrastructure requirements. Maintain inventory and manage procurement of spares, tools, and consumables.

5. Coordination & Documentation

Liaise with government agencies, utility service providers, and inspection authorities. Maintain documentation related to licenses (boiler, electrical, lifts, etc.), AMC records, and statutory requirements. Prepare monthly maintenance reports, incident logs, and utility performance data.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
