Requirements

8+ years of experience as a software engineer Proven experience in building scalable B2B/B2C software products Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) Strong backend experience with Python (Django/FastAPI) or Node.js Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with HTML5/CSS3, responsive UI, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis Familiar with microservices architecture and agile methodologies (SCRUM, AGILE) Excellent communication, mentoring, and team leadership skills Experience with code versioning tools like Git Passion for continuous learning, research, and technology leadership

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to architecture, automation, and product implementation Mentor engineers and scale the team through recruitment and development Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business, product, and user goals Drive innovation through PoCs, research, and technology exploration Deliver high-quality software for desktop, web, and mobile platforms Ensure performance, scalability, and best practices in product delivery Represent engineering impact through clear communication and documentation
