Job Title - Engineering Lead (.Net)

Experience - 10 years

Roles & Responsibility

+ Strong Communication skills & High level of ownership as directly interacting with client business, end-users & PM.
+ Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
+ Ability to lead by example, inspires the team to perform at a very high level, and collaborates well across different teams.
+ Ensure all code developed conforms to the Software Development Life Cycle SOP and Coding Standards.
+ Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.

Skills Required:

Proficient in C# and SQL Server (T-SQL)

+

Good Communication & Client Interactive Skills

+ Ready to work in Shift (11:30 AM IST to 08:30 PM IST)
+ Excellent in profiling, debugging tools, architectural and code review.
+ Strong Technical, Analytical Skills
+ Strong interpersonal and talent management skills.
