The Opportunity Marvell is a leading provider of innovative storage technologies, including ultra-fast read channels, high-performance processors, leading edge transceivers, highly efficient analog designs, and powerful cryptographic engines. These solutions address all segments of the hard disk drive (HDD) and solid-state drive (SSD) electronics markets, providing complete solutions including controllers, product firmware and reference board designs. Many of the same technologies have been utilized in Marvell storage system solutions products, powering PCs, servers, cloud, and enterprise systems. Job Responsibilities: Develop Test Cases using Functional and Design Specs. Identify test cases and test scope based on release requirement. Plan test case execution based on release timeline. Execution of automated and manual test cases with rigor and timely completion of test cycles. Report issues in timely manner to development team. Automate manual test cases, fix issues in automation and enhance existing automation framework in Python. Work with customers on need basis and trouble shoot the setups and reproduce the problems locally as required. Collaborate with teams for getting closure on reported bugs. Take initiative and assume full responsibility of the tasks and initiatives. We have an immediate need for an Engineering Integration Testing Intern in the SMS Team. This position will be in our Pune, India design center. In this position, you will be responsible for Functional, Performance and Regression Testing. You will also be responsible for developing automation for these test suites. Required Skills: BS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related engineering degree. Expertise in Software Development Lifecycles and software testing/automation methodologies & techniques. Hands on experience of Python based automation framework design and development. Experience with programming in C or any other programming language. Should able to work closely with development team to resolve issues. Should have excellent in communication and presentation skills. Demonstrates good analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
