Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Engineering Head

to lead the entire engineering function at our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for utilities, maintenance, project execution, equipment qualification, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (USFDA, WHO, EU GMP, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operation and maintenance of utilities:

HVAC, WFI, Purified Water, Compressed Air, Steam, etc.

Lead

preventive and breakdown maintenance

of all critical plant equipment. Drive

greenfield/brownfield projects

, plant expansion, and infrastructure development. Ensure compliance with

GMP and regulatory standards

(USFDA, WHO, MHRA). Handle

equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)

in coordination with QA and validation teams. Manage

energy efficiency and cost optimization

initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of mechanical, electrical, and utility engineers. Participate in

regulatory audits

and ensure timely closure of observations.
