This role will be involved in carrying out geological mapping, field investigations, construction inspections and supervision on a wide geological engineering projects across the APAC region including Philippines and Papua New Guinea. Essential FunctionsAssisting senior staff on geotechnical projectsField investigation work often remoteGeological mapping of project landAnalysis of rock mechanic test resultsSoil, surface, and groundwater samplingLogging of core and subsurface conditionsConstruction inspections and supervisionProposal and report writingEducationMaster's Degree in Geology or Geotechnical Engineering or a related field of study.At least 2 years experience in planning, design, and construction of engineering projectsProject experience including design and construction of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, storm water systems, and pump/lift stations.Project experience with pipeline and pump station design projects.Experience in field logging of soils and rocks is essential.Availability for certification as an Engineer in the relevant field with the Regulatory Commission PhilippinesStrong communicator, both orally and in writing.Computer skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Flexible and able to meet challenging deadlinesA self-starter with sound judgment and decisivenessA team player with a strong client focusPrimary Location: India | PuneOrganization: Stantec IN Business UnitEmployee Status: RegularJob Level: NonmanagerTravel: NoSchedule: Full timeJob Posting: 14/05/2025 08:05:08Req ID: 1000926
