Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil)
Experience: o 2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the solar energy or construction/renewable energy sectors. o Experience selling B2B products, with a focus on technical or industrial solutions is a plus. o Freshers welcome too
Skills: o Good understanding of CAD. o Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written). o Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). o Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-centric approach. o Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
