JOB DESCRIPTION :

Providing trainings for Mechanical Maintenance Lab & Metrology Lab (These labs are internal training centre to build & upgrade the engineering capabilities of employees.

Machine Condition , Geometrical Accuracy , Size , Surface Finish , Leveling , positioning accuracy , Axial Play , Axial , run out of spindle , parallelism , vibration, abnormal sound from due to worn out bearings .

Fasteners - proper selection of tightening tools & Torque, easy to open bolts & nuts Lubrication - Lubricator health condition tests, site Lubrication Mapping , right lubrication ,right place, right frequency, right amount, right method , source of contamination kaizens

Drive System - perfect velocity ratio, selection of right mechanical drives , optimal operational conditions , alignments, elongation - Chain , right lubricants for drives , how to save gears from rusting , slip of the belt , trouble shooting Bearing - selection of right bearing , good practices of bearing assembly /disassembly , reasons of bearing failures , * Hydraulics - Importance of Hydraulics oil , Viscosity relation with Temperature and pressure , hydraulic system construction, pre-Installation checks of pumps . Do's and don'ts , failure modes - cause & preventions
