Overview:
We\'re looking for an innovative Creative Designer to join our team in Pune. This role is perfect for those passionate about automotive design, with a strong foundation in conceptualization and visualization, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Requirements:

• Advanced design skills: proven ability in sketching and using digital tools for conceptualization and visualization.
• Deep appreciation for aesthetics, details, and color-material-finish (CMF).
• Insightful understanding of market trends, with a creative mindset to inspire and influence.
• Effective networking skills and a proactive approach towards innovation and collaborative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance exterior part design quality through leadership in 2D and 3D design processes.
• Contribute as a key member of the global Innovation network, focusing on style and design.
• Expertise in Design Studio operations, from ideation to production, with a focus on innovation, style trends, and strategy.
• Serve as a crucial interface between the company and clients, ensuring confidentiality, leveraging design discussions for business opportunities, and supporting sales teams with design pitches.

Candidate Profile:

• A master\'s degree in Industrial or Transportation Design or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with superb communication skills.
• French and German proficiency advantageous.
