: Share Urgent opening for Engineering Department Manager in Pharmaceutical Company for Solan H.P Location. Experience - 6 + Years in Engineering Documentation, Audit, Engineering Department Salary 30,000 to 40,000 per month Qualification - Diploma/Degree Mechanical Job Profile Represent Engineering department on HOD Meetings. Provide supervision and leadership to colleagues with area of the Technical Service Department. To check all log books daily and take corrective measures accordingly. Able to make quotation finalisation. Daily coordination of the Technical services department in his area of responsibility. Advise on the duty roster for his area of responsibility. Preparation of Capex and Opex of item. Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user departments. Ensure that Operational problems are promptly brought to the attention of the Technical Supervision. At regular intervals, inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering system and ensure that all standard are maintained. Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required. Guide the engineering team and maintain a sop driven work culture. Interface with the plant teams effectively and support their regulatory audit requirement with respect to engineering services at all times. To maintain all documents related to engineering services in order and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities. Co-ordination with all the contractors and vendors involved in project. Checking of vendor bill Arranging the interaction meeting with users for updating & modification requirement. Handling of QA documents like change control deviation monitoring & documentation related to URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ.
