Key Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate and scheduling of service proposal requests and technical support.
2. Maintain and update limited-service records, customer information, and technical documentation.
3. Assist in preparing service proposals, service reports, and handle customer queries.
4. Attention to details related to service jobs.
5. Establish coordination and inform about workshop work related to service jobs.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
2. 02+ years of experience in a service coordination or technical support role.
3. Strong understanding of technical services or engineering environments.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
