Job Description

Overall supervision control and Management of the Department.

Responsible for both preventive and breakdown maintenance of all non medical equipments machinery.

Responsible for Civil / Electrical / Mechanical, Air conditioning and Refrigeration.

Entering into AMC / ACMC with vendors / service providers and renewal of the same.

To get repaired/ rectified deficiencies if any through the Maintenance Contractor.

To be responsible to guide a team of engineers and technicians in day-to-day maintenance of various engineering appliances used in the hospital and High rise building of effective usage.

To be responsible for taking decision on project work being carried out inside the hospital premises.

Responsible for upgrading and modernization of utility equipment in various areas.

Dealing with government organisation and other establishments in relation with maintenance department.

Responsible for planning, costing and execution of various projects inside the hospital premises.

Taking policy decision in co-ordination with the management.

Long-term planning in taking up renovation/modifications.

To train the staff for effective application and up gradation of modern technology

Conveying day-to-day meeting of engineers/supervisors analyzing day-to-day problems and finding solutions are also in his scope.

To overlook into the materials, manpower of the department.

To analyze the day-to-day problems which are recurring in nature and finding solutions for the same.

To analyze the complaints and take necessary actions.

To be responsible for disciplined departmental functioning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
