Job Description

The Engineering Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and development of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities * Monitor & Troubleshoot Environments: Track system health and performance; troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and deployment issues to minimize downtime

  • Support CI/CD Pipelines: Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing continuous integration and deployment workflows to ensure efficient and reliable releases
  • Automate Routine Tasks: Implement automation to streamline repetitive activities--like deployment, configuration and infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Respond swiftly to production incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, act on alerts, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrences
  • Observability & Logging: Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (AppD,Splunk, Grafana, ELK) for real-time visibility and rapid response capabilities
  • Collaboration & Support: Act as a liaison between development, QA, and operations teams. Help troubleshoot deployments, guide operations, document support processes, and provide user-facing support when needed
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain clear documentation (e.g., runbooks, incident reports, diagrams). Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to boost delivery speed and system reliability .
Required Experience & Skills
Technical Skills
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, Teamcity, uDeploy, Ansible or equivalent for deployment automation
  • Containers / Orchestration: Familiarity using Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments
  • Monitoring & Logging: Hands-on experience with tools like AppD, Grafana, ELK, Splunk
  • Version Control: Strong Git skills and understanding of branching, merging, and workflows
  • ECS openshift knowledge
  • System Troubleshooting: Solid problem-solving for performance and deployment-related issues
Experience * 2-5 years in roles related to system administration, software development, IT support, or related fields .
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices: CI/CD, automation, cloud, containerization, and infrastructure tooling
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
