Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Engineer to oversee maintenance and reliability of process equipment, utilities, electrical systems, and water systems (including WFI). This role ensures uninterrupted biopharma manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process Equipment
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot biopharma process equipment (reactors, centrifuges, filtration systems, CIP/SIP systems, autoclaves).
Support equipment qualification, calibration, and validation.
Utilities (Clean & Black)
Manage critical clean utilities: purified water, WFI, clean steam, compressed air, HVAC.
Oversee black utilities: boilers, chillers, cooling towers, diesel generators, electrical distribution, and waste treatment systems.
Ensure utility systems operate within GMP and environmental compliance.
Water Systems
Operate and maintain purified water generation and distribution systems.
Monitor WFI generation, storage, and distribution to ensure microbial and chemical quality.
Conduct routine sampling, trending, and corrective actions for water systems.
Electrical Maintenance
Maintain electrical distribution systems, switchgear, UPS, and backup generators.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical.
8-15years of experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma or chemical process industries.
Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and safety practices.
Hands-on experience with process equipment, utility systems (clean & black), and water systems (PW/WFI).
