Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engineering Team, including handling initial enquiries, processing quotations, tracking purchase orders (POs), managing procurement follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
Support documentation activities related to
certification processes
, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and timely submission of required documentation.
Assist with
ERP-related tasks
, including the
creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
, updating item master data, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Manage commercial activities such as invoice processing, vendor payment follow-ups, and generation of RIDEC invoices.
Ensure timely preparation of various
monthly engineering reports
by consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
Coordinate with engineers on
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
matters, ensuring that assigned action points are tracked and closed effectively.
Maintain and update team organization charts, prepare presentations, coordinate training needs, manage travel plans, and support onboarding and induction for new team members.
Oversee office facilities and space planning and assist with onboarding logistics for new hires.
Contribute to local
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
and
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic goals.
Perform other duties as required to support the team and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Education
: Engineering Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Experience
: Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in technical support roles, preferably within an engineering or project-based environment.
Technical Skills
:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with documentation management systems.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly in handling Bills of Materials (BOMs) and item master data.
+ Experience in data analytics, including the ability to interpret and visualize data for reporting and performance tracking.
+ Hands-on experience with BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) for creating and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards.
+ Understanding of AI concepts and applications, particularly in process automation or data-driven decision-making.
Communication
:
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
