Engineer (NC Programming)

Qualification:

BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive / Production Engineering

Experience:

Min. 4+ years in CNC programming for Aerospace components

Key Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in

NC Programming, Process Planning, FAI Prove-out

Proficient in

Siemens NX / Solid Edge CamPro / SolidCAM

; knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office Strong in

GD&T, CAM Programming, Fixture Design (Poka-yoke, Vacuum Bed, Assembly Machining Fixtures)

Programming for

3-axis & 5-axis machining centres

; troubleshooting complex geometries Knowledge of

machine controllers

(Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Haas) & tool selection for Steel, Aluminium & Nickel alloys Hands-on experience with Aerospace & Defense components, cryogenic engine parts, aero-structural parts, metal 3D printing 3D model validation & NC toolpath generation Good understanding of

engineering drawings, specifications, materials & measuring instruments

Exposure to QMS procedures; documentation & compliance Ability to train, guide team members & lead effectively

Software Skills:

Siemens NX, Solid Edge, SolidCAM, AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Shifts:

Rotational; not eligible for weekly off

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
