Engineer- Assembly

Job description:

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering, IIT , BSC or any other engineering or electronics related field

u

Assembly, Manufacturing of Electronic Boards, Modules, Systems, Wiring Harness/Looms at Meltronics as per applicable documents

u

Study, Plan, Manage, Coordinate, Supervise and Execution of assigned projects/works as per Schedule and Customer requirements

u

Shall execute the tasks with the help of subordinates with best possible cost and with best quality and report to customer and as well as management

u

Shall ensure maximum profit for each work and management shall work out the cost of project for complete activities

u

Shall be responsible for executing the tasks with quality as per customer standards and customer acceptability and reporting of daily tasks.

u

Analyze, plan, and manage production control activities to improve runtime.

u

Perform Assembly, Soldering and Production activities efficiently.

u

Monitor current and backlog job orders and accordingly develop production plan and schedules.

u

Work with materials, manufacturing and purchasing departments in identifying and resolving production planning Review production plan to identify risks and communicate the same to Manager.
