Getting involved in the water, wastewater, and drainage design projects, spanning from feasibility to detailed design stages. Working on various water wastewater, storm water network and drainage projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and conducting thorough checks of own work. Provides input to CAD Designer/Drafters working on the same project. The engineer will be required to engage in design work and carry out CAD related tasks while using Civil3D software and other modelling software. Maintaining effective communication with the lead business. Resolving technical issues that arise during project design and execution. Progressing towards obtaining professional qualification as per organisation guidelines. Engaging in regular communication with the lead business and other team members to develop optimal design solutions based on best design practices. Working collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure the overall design's integrity. Staying updated on the latest innovations and advancements.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a MS/ M.Tech degree in Water Resources or Environmental Engineering from a recognized university. Actively pursuing towards Chartership. The engineer shall be able to independently carry out designs of collection, conveyance, and pressure networks. The engineer shall have experience and knowledge of preparing and developing hydraulic models for pressure network, design reports and conversant with design software like Mike Urban, Mike Plus, Bentley WaterGems, SewerGems software. Hands on experience of using latest software like AutoCADCivil 3D, GIS is desirable. Shall be familiar with load demand calculations for large private developments and/ or large government projects. Shall be conversant with Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, Irrigation and Firefighting Authority regulations of Nordics region. Shall have experience in creating utility cross sections as per requirements of local authorities, 3D modelling of existing and new utilities, pipeline alignment design, clash check, development of plan and profile drawing and quality estimation. Working knowledge of planning, designing and construction of water supply systems, including Water treatment, pumping systems, intake structures, etc., Demonstrate technical background and practical knowledge in updating water, wastewater, and storm drainage network 3D models through existing asset data and using surveyed information. Have proficiency in using ArcGIS software. Familiarity with international codes, standards, and practices relevant to the water industry in Sweden/Nordics. Display self-motivation, assertiveness, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Possess good communication and writing skills. Exhibit well-developed interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Adaptable to taking on new or challenging tasks as required by the business.
