Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Warehouse & Stores Engineer with an Electrical background to manage material inward and outward activities, inventory control, and coordination with project and procurement teams. The role ensures proper handling, storage, and issuance of electrical materials in compliance with company standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

material inward and outward

processes, including verification against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices. Inspect incoming

electrical materials

for quantity, quality, and specifications. Maintain accurate

stock records

in ERP / inventory management systems. Ensure proper

storage, labeling, and identification

of electrical materials and spares. Issue materials as per approved

Material Requisition Slips (MRS)

. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for

reordering

of critical materials. Conduct

periodic physical stock verification

and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and maintain

warehouse reports

(GRN, stock statements, inward/outward registers). Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and logistics teams for timely material movement. Ensure compliance with

safety, housekeeping (5S), and quality standards

in the warehouse. Support audits and documentation as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

electrical materials

, components, and specifications. Hands-on experience in

warehouse / stores operations

. Familiarity with

ERP systems

and MS Excel. Good documentation and record-keeping skills. Basic understanding of inventory control techniques. Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

2-3 years of experience in

warehouse or stores management

in an electrical / industrial environment. Experience in

project or site-based stores

will be an added advantage. Knowledge of safety standards related to material handling.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,102.53 per month
