Engineer Vmc Programming & Nesting
Job Description
Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines based on drawings and specifications.
Perform nesting operations for sheet metal or component manufacturing to maximize material utilization.
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and accuracy.
Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend improvements in programming or setup.
Maintain documentation of programs, tooling, and process parameters.
Assist in training operators and supporting smooth production operations.
Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle time and enhance quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in VMC programming and nesting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
