Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOM) to ensure accurate part flow, alignment with EBOM, and seamless integration into manufacturing processes and downstream systems



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred. Working knowledge in Teamcenter, Active Workspace, 3DX & FEDEBOM is must Stake-holder Management - Building rapport, continuous collaboration and proficient negotiation will be key and critical skills sets to deliver the expectations of MBOM / Functional Teams. Strong desire to Innovate, Explore and Modernize day-to-day tasks / activities. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they relate to BOM structures. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an aptitude for quickly grasping and resolving technical challenges. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Create and maintain Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs) from engineering BOMs (EBOMs) for new products in Teamcenter AWC. Ensure that MBOMs accurately reflects the engineering designs and BOM contents in the Manufacturing perspective. Collaborate with product engineering, functional teams and IT teams to gather necessary information and ensure that MBOMs are comprehensive and up to date. Maintain accurate records of MBOMs in the Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system. Knowledge on BOM and Design related attributes and PMI's Exposure to Software BoM/ Service BOM / CNUM and Bulk materials Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all MBOM-related documentation. Identify opportunities to streamline the MBOM creation and management process. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in MBOM management. Exposure to Change management process, create and manage Change notices. * Analyze and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to the EBOM / MBOM and communicate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
